Happy August, newsletter readers! Just so you know, it’s not your imagination; the dog days of summer are here and it is really hot. Tour de France, Coda
One of the best editions of the Tour de France in years has finally come to an end, and after coming agonizingly close, a Frenchman has not won the Tour like many hoped and thought. Slate reports that the methodology behind these studies is nothing more than surveys, which are quite inaccurate. Which means I’ll take a bacon egg and cheese with a side of cheese egg and bacon, and spam.
